My Professional Story

My professional journey is one of transformation, growth, and a deep passion for helping others thrive within their organizations. I was born in Brazil, raised in South Florida, and, as a first-generation immigrant and college graduate, I know what it’s like to carve out a path and build something from the ground up. This drive has taken me from a decade-long corporate career to launching a successful leadership coaching business that’s all about empowering others to the next level of their careers.

During my time at Schweiger Dermatology Group, I had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in scaling the company from 2 to 93 offices. Midway through my tenure, from 2016 to 2018, I helped drive a significant reduction in turnover from 60% to 21%, creating a more engaged and resilient workforce within the fast-growing organization. 

This experience taught me that building a strong, people-centered culture is as essential as strategy—and that organizations thrive when their people feel seen, valued, and motivated. After ten years, I decided it was time to step out on my own.

For the last two years, I’ve been fully immersed in my business, coaching over 70 individuals and partnering with more than 15 companies through leadership trainings, workshops, and group coaching. A large part of my work is with Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise owners, supporting them as they scale their businesses nationwide.

My approach is grounded in the belief that professional success flows from mastering soft skills and finding that perfect balance of authenticity and professionalism. I’m down-to-earth, approachable, and bring a unique energy to my work—some would call it sassy and effervescent—that keeps things fresh, comfortable, and highly effective. I aim to create an environment where clients feel empowered to be their best selves while making real, productive shifts within their organizations.

I’m passionate about working with “go-getters,” high-achieving professionals who are ready to elevate their careers by mastering the art of interaction within their workplaces. Whether I’m delivering a keynote, leading a team workshop, or providing one-on-one coaching, my mission is to help individuals and teams grow their capabilities and realize tangible success.

It’s been an honor to be recognized as a Power Woman by Main Line Today magazine in October 2024, and I’ve delivered over 15 presentations to local chambers, high schools, and colleges. I’m also certified through NYU’s ICF-accredited Professional Coaching Program, which has strengthened my ability to provide top-notch support to my clients.

I’m especially proud to work with young people through the nonprofit Girls Spark, where I mentor and speak to middle and high school students, helping the next generation build confidence and direction.

Today, I live outside Philadelphia with my husband and our two wonderful kids. Life is busy and full, but my mission remains simple: to help others enhance their lives and organizations with authenticity, hard work, and a bit of flair.
