My mission is simple - I'm here to help others enhance their lives and organizations.
I have a Certificate of Professional Coaching through NYU's School of Professional Studies ICF-accredited Professional Coaching Program. This fall I will become a professional certified coach via ICF, International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in coaching certifications.
I spend the other portion of my work week as the Vice President of Employee Engagement at the prestigious Schweiger Dermatology Group.
Since joining in 2012, I have grown into an experienced multi-location culture leader with a focus on building culture while scaling the organization via efforts around employee engagement, inclusion, retention and development for over 1,200 employees across 90+ offices in four states.
I have hired hundreds of team members, mentored and coached dozens of leaders.
I have also planned and executed countless company meetings and training workshops in the past 9 years.
More specifically, I have spearheaded the execution of five large, all staff meetings. Outside of leading a team for a smooth run of show throughout these events, I also held speaking engagements presenting to over 800 team members in 2020 and 1,200 members virtually in 2022.
In 2017, during my first two years as the head of HR, I successfully reduced turnover from 60% to 26% in year one; then down to 21% in year two. During this time frame, I played an impactful role in building our company culture by executing the initial roll out of our core values and multiple employee programs.
My leadership and efforts helped lead SDG to become a certified Great Place to Work for the last five years.
During my first four years at SDG, I played a key role in scaling the organization operations from 2 to 20+ offices and employee growth from 20 to 230+ employees as head of operations. My direct responsibilities included building and managing our call center department, day to day operations and integrations team while working closely with the CEO to scale the organization with speed and care.

I live outside of Philadelphia, PA with my husband and two young children.
I'm a first generation immigrant from Brasil. I moved to the US when I was five years old.
I got my first job at age 14. I paid my own way through college in South Florida to become the first in my family to receive a Bachelor's Degree.
I've experienced tremendous adversity in my life and believe every one brings their unique experience to a team.
