About Ana Welsh

My professional journey has been one of transformation, resilience, and an unshakable passion for helping people thrive at work. Born in Brazil and raised in South Florida, I’m a proud first-generation immigrant and college graduate who knows what it takes to carve a path forward, build something from the ground up, and bring others along the way.

I spent a decade at Schweiger Dermatology Group, rising to Vice President as we scaled from 2 to 93 offices and grew to a $250M run rate. Along the way, I built the organization’s award-winning culture and helped reduce turnover from 60% to 21% in just two years—proof that culture isn’t fluff, it’s the foundation of performance. That experience solidified my belief: organizations succeed when their people feel seen, valued, and motivated.

Today, I run Ana Welsh Leadership, where I teach professionals how to become indispensable—the kind of person everyone wants to work with and every organization wants to keep. Over the last two years, I’ve delivered more than 70 talks and workshops to audiences totaling over 5,000 people across companies including Comcast, Chipotle, Vertex, Incyte, Zeta Global, Solenis, and Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise owners nationwide. 

My programs span keynote speaking, leadership workshops, group coaching, and individualized coaching for high-potential professionals.

My signature frameworks—The Indispensable Professional and Signature Self® method—equip people to master three things: managing themselves, managing their work, and managing their relationships. I’m known for bringing high energy, real talk, and practical tools that drive both peace in the workplace and profits in the P&L. Some call my style effervescent, others call it sassy—but all agree it’s deeply effective.

Recognized as a Main Line Today Power Woman in 2024, I’ve built a reputation as a Workplace Dynamics Strategist, Wharton Lecturer, and Next Gen Talent Developer. Beyond the boardroom, I mentor middle and high school students through Girls Spark and speak at schools and colleges to inspire the next generation to find their voice and direction.

Now based outside Philadelphia with my husband and two children, I balance a busy family life with a simple mission: to help leaders and professionals enhance their careers and organizations with authenticity, adaptability, and impact—always with a bit of flair.
