The Three Pillars of Indispensability

Indispensability is the ability to master three things at once:


  1. Manage Yourself – Show up with effective authenticity as your Signature Self. Learn how to self regulate so you can remain composed with professional temperament, no matter how challenging of a situation you're in.
  2. Manage Work – Deliver reliably, communicate proactively, and solve problems fast. FIO and JDI mentality (figure it out and just do it). This is about not being close-minded. Being open-minded to growing, learning new things, new generations and new innovations so you can keep your knowledge base fresh and adaptable.
  3. Manage Relationships – The X-factor pillar. Build trust, respect and connections in the workplace (or via your Teams video screen). In order to do this, you must not be an avoider. Learn how to not avoid hard things, tough conversations, uncomfortable feedback and healthy conflict. That's how you build strong connections, earn respect and deepen trust.

  2. Six Monthly Workshops — Tailored workshops to the target audience. Two workshops for each pillar. Highly interactive, data-driven, real-work applicable and effective.
     
  3. Showcase to Stakeholders Graduation — Participants present real-life case studies, showcasing enhance soft skills and communication effectiveness to key stakeholders. Present. Reflect. Refine. Retain.
